My early childhood was spent moving many times as my father was an officer in the Army. After Vietnam my father was stationed at the Pentagon then retiring so I consider Northern Virginia as my home.
I graduated from Herndon High School in Fairfax County, VA then spent the next four years in Charlottesville VA graduating from the University of Virginia. I then attended dental school at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, YA.
I joined the Army after dental school serving as a general dentist for seven years then was selected for orthodontic training. I graduated from my orthodontic residency in 1990 then served as an orthodontist in the Army for the next 15 years in Germany, Colorado, Hawaii and finally at Lackland AFB in San Antonio.
My wife, Joan, is a nurse who currently works in patient safety for the US Army Medical Command at Fort Sam Houston TX. We enjoy golfing, traveling and gardening.
I am looking forward to joining the Little Explorers team in Round Rock.
